Bought this for my son two months ago and was waiting to give it to him for his 2nd bday May 14th. I just knew he would love it! Wellll, we opened it to set it up & he did indeed love it, until he touched it & it fell apart. Now this isn't a review on just someone misusing the product and being angry at the company, the toy really Shouldn't have Made it onto store shelves. Its a racetrack that barely supports the weight of its own cars. The slightest touch or adjustment or even a mistake in leaning on any part of the toy causes pieces to pop right off. They should've configured the pieces to actually snap and lock or something other than just flimsily snapping and not holding. I am taking this back even if my son likes it because the frustration I see in him every time he is trying to play and it breaks bothers me more. I'm just going to stick with trios or some higher end racetrack toy for his sesame pals. I'm just glad I did not pay full price for this junk. Stay away!

This product is awful. It falls apart if you even look at it - we spend twice as much time putting it back together than our son spends actually playing with it. A complete waste of money.

This race track is a huge waste of money! The track falls apart every time my kids race cars on it! I wsh I had never bought it! Unless you have time to sit there and put the track back together every 5 seconds DO NOT buy this piece of junk!

The cars only make it halfway down the ramps. The wheels on the cars don't turn feely. I tried adding powdered graphite to lubricate them. But this did not help.

Electronics work fine. Could have been a fun toy.

Every time my son puts a car on the track, it falls apart. Not made well. Wish I saved the box to return it!

The idea is cute, and my son does like it... but I HATE it. It constantly falls apart and usually just sits on my floor in a pile because I am sick and tired of putting it back together everytime my son touches it. We have a ton on Sesame Street toys, I expected better quality. Couldn't return it because the box went out in the trash after Christmas, but I am considering taking my glue gun and gluing the tracks together, I am that annoyed with this always falling apart. From now on I READ THE REVIEWS before I buy anything... wish I would have done it with this product!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this piece of garbage. It falls apart everytime you try to use it. This was a Christmas gift for my son. I wish I had saved the box because it would have gone right back to the store!!

My mom bought this for my son for Christmas and he was so excited to play with it. We should have read the reviews before purchasing. If you lightly touch the track it comes apart. So give it to a toddler and see what happens. My son really wanted to play with it, so we tried gluing it with gorilla glue, super glue, nothing works.
We threw the box away and I just learned that it's up to the discretion of the store whether they will take it back. Shame on TRU for still having this on their shelves as there is an obvious defect in the construction of the tracks.

It will NOT stay together, and Bert always wins because he has a heavier car. I considered returning it in pieces, but chose to glue gun the thing together. Have not tested it yet. The worst of the worst is the two green support columns for the descending track. They fall off every time you race the track. Ridiculous. Wish I had read the other reviews. Kid loved it when it worked, however.

This item falls apart. The kids can't even play with it for 5 min with out the track coming apart at several spots. I don`t suggest you buy it.
