I am giving this an average rating because of a combination of the actual product and customer service/delivery issues.

First, the playset itself is SO cute and my three year old son already loves it!! He couldn't even wait until it was fully assembled to get on it and play. The "ship" part is like a little fort and all kids love that!

Cons: It took an ENTIRE month for the this product to arrive despite leaving the warehouse two days after we ordered it. The directions/instructions that are included are not very good. The hardware is not labeled at all and there are about 15 different kinds of bolts so you just hope you are picking the right one. These should be labeled seperately or put in individual bags so that they can be used accurately. The rope ladder section makes absolutely NO sense to four educated adults so I will have to call the manufacturer to figure it out.

It took my husband, brother and either my sister-in-law or myself 9 hours to assemble and we have a few things left which will likely take another hour.

I do not know how this product will hold up but we are looking forward to many hours of use!! Please see my service comments that are also included on another tab.
