Purchased both boys and girls version of this item. Frame of boys bike arrived bent and we had to exchange at store. Back tire on girls bike exploded upon first use (after about 30 minutes).

Bought for my 16 year old son for Christmas. I let him assemble, didn't use the instructions because they were for multiple bikes. he had to figure it out but got it done. Bike rides good but gears don't switch too good. That's the only issue.

I bought this less than a month ago. The brakes were already making noise and becoming loose. The gears get stuck and change randomly while you're riding. Also, Toys R Us has a VERY VAGUE return policy for bikes. They will most likely not let you return it unless it's in original packaging and not used which makes no sense because it's a bike. I am now stuck with two of these bikes.
