Purchased this bike at the store primarily due to the inexpensive price....bad idea! The left shifter would not shift properly, the chain would either fall off or just make a ratcheting sound and upon further inspection a crack was found on the bottom of the left shift mechanism on the handlebars. I returned it to the store & was told after 1 day they could not repair it so they assembled another bike for me... 2nd bike same problem. I left the bike again now for 2 days only to pick it up and find AGAIN it does not shift!! I then spoke with a manager who had me go back and grab yet another pre-assembled bike off the rack, I tried a total of 5 of this same bike none of which shifted properly. To make a long story a little shorter the manager did work with me to give me an AWESOME deal on another bike (schwinn) which I am much happier with!

Purchased both boys and girls version of this item. Frame of boys bike arrived bent and we had to exchange at store. Back tire on girls bike exploded upon first use (after about 30 minutes).

When the bike was purchased and revived in the mail the box had a while in it. When we assembled thebike it was missing a piece. I called to see if I could return it I got 3 different answers from 3 different stores. And the sad thing afoot it I'm an employee!! So now I had to go out and look for the piece that cost 60 dollars
