The original shipment of the wagon was missing the handle and rear axle. Both of those items then were shipped in separate orders once we called back twice. Then the rear axle we got was the wrong size so we had to call again. So about 10 more business days after we received the wagon, were we able to put it together and use it for our 1 yr old. Easy set up besides all that. Less than an hour and the canopy is a great feature for UV protection. Would have liked storage under the seat as well but mini trunk is good substitute.

Compared every wagon! Spent TOO much time researching wagons, and decided upon this one. My Son in Law spent two cap nuts on trying to fit them on correctly. They are very difficult to get off once they are not on straight. I'm the Grandma, but he saved it for my to finish. One very quick call in line behind others needing to order a new package of hardware, and the package was in the mail. Very kind and couteous real people at the other end of the line! Turns out LOTS of people need new cap nuts ... :) The 'tool' included ("L") is not explained as the helper tool is not explained until the rear wheels are going on. Ten minutes on clarifing the instructions would save a lot of postage.
It's together, and my pretty little princess is riding high and loving her carriage. This handle folds down for travel in the car, and the very handy rear storage is a sliding clasp handle, which means it's not poping open. 6 cup holders! The car doesn't have that many - but more than cups can be tucked away in them. Folding flat is good for a quick cat nap on the run, and in the shade. The canopy is sturdy enough to drap a light blanket over it so that the shade can be extended. Great wagon.

Bought this for a 1 year old granddaughter's birthday. I think that it is great because it has seat belts, two seats, canopy, side door, leg room, a place to eat. Can't say enough about this product. It was easy to assemble for my 65 year old husband.

We have a more basic version of this wagon, which has held up well for 2 years. We bought this wagon, for a friend's birthday. The inside rim of the wheel fell off when we got it out of the truck at the party, however It still rolled fine, but still disappointing.

My Canopy Wagon had a little defect. We recieved it as a gift. So no reciept. Toys R Us gladly exchanged it for another that could only be ordered. They took all of my info and had it shipped to my door and it arrived in 4 business days. What awesome customer service!! Can't wait to get my baby girl into it! From a Happy Canopy Wagon owner. :)

My son got this Wagon for his 6th Birthday (June 2012)from relatives. Its a GREAT wagon, but it is almost too small for him, and he is a small six year old. So if your going to buy this wagon, I suggest it for children under the age of 5, which doesn't give it many years of use. The assembly directions for this thing are impossible to understand!! They are just black and white pictures with no wording, and we ended up putting the front wheels on backwards, and had to take it to [@] to have the wheels removed for us, so we could put them on right. Once those wheel caps are on they have to be cut off so just be careful!! The wagon its self is easy enough to assemble but the assembly directions are unintelligible.

after looking at literally every wagon on the market i decided upon this one. it is comparable in size to others but i thought the inside compartment more versatile for a toddler. has an easy open side door, seatbelts, good storage and a great canopy. easy to assemble even though the instructions are not so great. price wise it was a good buy. we are getting a lot of use out of it!
