        I had my doubts on buying something related to a "little girl's show",but curiosity finally got the better of me and I bought this.The concept is great,and the characters are all super adorable.

          This movie has a positive message about friendship and working together. I found the content completely appropriate for my 4-year old. It has a 2-hour runtime, over five different episodes, so it works if you need a short or a long show to keep your little one entertained. My child was fascinated and has grasped and discussed some valuable grown-up concepts from this movie. She wants to watch it again and again.

            Hello, First I wanted to say, this is a nice show, It'll keep both children and adults entertained. It may be just a little sappy at times, but it can really pull out some acton too! This disk is a collection of 5 unconnected episodes spanning seasons 1 and 2, but they flow well together, and the theme of "the friendship express" ties the episodes together well.

            The first two episodes were the pilot episodes and introduce the characters. After that our pony protagonists go on adventures, ranging from putting on a play, to finding a lost friend. The stories are well paced, and adorable, but there's enough action to keep most anyone watching. I think the only thing better than this DVD set would be a season box, but until then, I'll be waiting eagerly for the next release.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
