The only problem i have with this is that they have already used this mold with a different playset. The round & round pet town is exacly the same, but with different colors. But i like this better because of the colors. this one is much brighter than the round & round pet town.

thought it came with figures. all of them except for one at bottom (seal i think) were cardboard pictures of where you COULD put the figures if you bought them separately. Not worth money as spaces to fit animals were small and the interactive parts like "elevator" and "swing" limited with not much room for imaginative interaction.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

My daughter has been collecting these for years and has many of the houses. This one is super expensive for how little you get. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it atleast has a moveable part however, it barely moves for a few seconds. Lucky for her someone else bought it for her. The roller coaster was $10 less and I think it is way cuter and does more. If you can afford it then sure I recommend it if you have a true fanatic like my daughter.

My 7 year old daughter immediately opened the box, had her Dad get it out of and played with it for the next half hour right where she opened it. A cool little feature- You spin the yellow handle on top 10 times, press it down and it makes the little swings rotate and give the pets a ride!
