The car itself works as well as the Pinkie Pie RC car, neither of them work on carpet but run very well. Since the only way to turn corners is to press the buttons that make her go in 360's, it may be a little hard for the younger children to make Twilight, or any other pony they put in the car, turn. Overall, a very nice addition to my collection:)

This little remote car is great. My nearly 7 year old daughter loves it. Its a nice size not too small nor too big. It has a good amount of crank and seems easy to use. The colors are attractive and the remote is simply adorable. I highly recommend this item.

My daughter received this from "santa" this year for Christmas. Santa took great care to replace the demonstration batteries with new ones and to test it before she...er...he put it under the tree. Unfortunately Santa discovered that the toy doesn't work well on carpet. The next morning it didn't work at all. After some jiggling the antenna (maybe a loose connection) we realized that the remote has to be very close to the car in order for it to work. Nonetheless my daughter loves the toy and happily plays with it. HOWEVER I'd recommend maybe purchasing something else if your daughter wants a remote controlled car (as mine did) that will run on carpet and will "race" other cars.

I gave this to my niece for her 4th birthday. Her two older sisters wanted it, it was sooo cool. She ended up taking it to bed with her. I have no complaints about this product.

Bought this for our daughter at Christmas. She's almost three so it was easy for her to understand the two controls as well as how to turn the car on. She loves to drive her ponies around and dance to the music that will play. It drives extremely well on carpet. The only 'bad' thing is that we bought two of them so we could do car races and found out the one remote will control both cars. We had bought the Rarity and Pinkie Pie cars so it wasn't a matter of them being the same, the remote still controls both. Kind of funny, but disappointing that we can't race. A good toy over all though.
