This is a display piece for adult collectors. He has a new sculpted head other than the seekers before. and brighter cartoon acurate colors. Only thing not so great does not have alternate head. I would suggest this guy to any collector only problem is he is very hard to get. I called numerous stores in my area and finally got lucky. He came in on a truck the day i called! I suggest this MP to any collector.

Was dissapointed about the lack of an extra face sculpt as the one included is kind of bland, and the instructions included are for the previous mold. All in all a worthwhile add to your MP collection.

    Masterpiece Thundercracker is my first transformers masterpiece figure ever. I'm a young but dedicated fan and collector and this figure doen NOT dissapoint. He features a G1 accurate clor scheme and somme images of G1 reflector and Thundercracker holding soundwave. The transformation is a little tricky but you'll get the hang of it. The robot mode is beautiful enough articulation. My only issue is that the torso doesn't lock into anything and is thus quite flimsy. This figure comes with a display stand that works perfectly. But, there is one major issue. The box and instructions mislead you by saying it comes with 2 heads. Actually, the insructions are a little outdated and are really for an earlier version of the mold. But all in all, this is a must have!

      Great update of the MP Seeker mold. Only minor issues are the slightly loose hinge on the wings and the lower legs are a bit of a challenge to slide up during transformation but he still makes an awesome addition to any collection.

      Looks great displayed alongside my Hasbro Masterpiece (MP-10) Optimus Prime as well as my Dark of the Moon Leader Class Ironhide figure. The figure has it's kinks, including a very narrow space for the head to pull through during transformation but it is forgivable as the figure is a huge improvement over the original seeker mold however, the instructions and gimmicks stated are of the previous seeker mold and should be updated for future release.

        I found this product to be an excellent representation of the original Generation 1 (G1) Thundercracker toy. Thundercracker here transforms slightly differently from his counterparts, Skywarp and Starscream; so I found it nice that he was slightly different than the others. Oh yeah, he also looks freaking sweet next to the other MP transformers. Awesome.

            Thundercracker is not perfect, but he deserves a spot in your collection.
            While some collectors complain about the lack of metal used in the making of the new masterpiece figures, I cannot complain. This provides a balanced, not overly expensive or unstable display piece.
            His articulation is amazing, save for his feet, which is not a large concern considering he comes with a display stand....which unfortunately has his name spelled incorrectly (No space should be in his name.
            Structurally he is very sound with very few parts popping off during transformation (if they pop off they can be easily put back on with no damage to the figure)
            Amazing piece in Robot and Vehicle form.
