I bought this toy for my 3yr old because she loves Hello Kitty and the Jet Plane was so cute. When she first started playing with it she loved it but then the doors kept just popping open and actually just falling completly off. She started getting frustrated with it and I figured I could rig the doors to stay on the plane but could never figure it out. I never returned it because she seemed to like it so much but now she plays with it every once in a while with no doors on it at all, which for the price you would think that the parts wouldn't be falling off. Just the other day her and I were playing with it together and she was making it take off and the front wheel just fell off!!! It's been sitting in the toy box ever since. I'm so frustrated, I even wrote the makers of the toy a letter and they told me the doors are meant to open easily but never commented on the doors falling off part. Don't buy this toy, it's very cute no doubt but it's junk.

Great toys, it comes with little hello kitty figures and play sets. once you assemble the wing together and you are ready to have some Fun.
The common problem reported by other consumers on the door being defective is actually a safety feature, so when certain amount of the force is apply to the door, the door should break free instead of breaking in pieces. These doors are easily snap back.

Very poor quality for such an expensive little toy. The doors don't stay on. Essentially it becomes a tube with wheels. :( Wish I would have spent the money on a different present for my daughter.

This is an adorable little jet plane. After I bought it, I read other reviews that complained about the wings falling off -- it seems they are supposed to be removable, when the plane is parked at the gate -- so you can play with the little dolls inside the plane. The problem is that once you start flying the plane, most people will hold the plane by the top, and that sometimes makes the wings come off. I think the design would be better if it had the option of leaving the wings firmly attached.

looks adorable all boxed up and its sure to make the kids go crazy for it, BUT once its out of the box its no fun to play with and it WILL FALL APART. the accessories are too complicated and it made my kid frustrated and she cried because she always thought she broke it. the pieces will get lost for sure. not worth the drama!!

My 2 1/2 year old wanted this from the second she saw it in the ad. I had to go to two different TRU to get it. About a minute after getting it out of the box the sides fell off. The spring pins are VERY flimsy. I get that it is probably so it doesn't break but come on! Get the scooter instead.

Bought this for 3 yr old daughter. She opened it up on Christmas Day and the doors fell off almost immediately. Would not recommend. I want my money back.

My daughter requested and received this toy for her 5th birthday. The plane is cute, a good size and comes with lots of small pieces to play with but we have only owned it for 2 days and the wings have fallen off multiple times with the lightest play. My girls are very gentle with their toys and do love this but realized that if they want to play with it that they have to hold it by the underbelly and don't touch the wings. Also the wings do not snap together very well so they have fallen open and popped off just from that motion. The wings are easy to snap back on and both girls can do it themselves. Very poor construction but they still love it because it is Hello Kitty.
