First up, this truck is huge, and drives over just about anything my grand-nephew puts in front of it. The problem is, there is NO replacement battery for it. Toys R Us has a battery listed as a replacement / spare, but it is the WRONG BATTERY. Not only that, they do not have the RIGHT battery. And neither does anyone else, you can find replacement batteries at Amazon and many other sites, but they will not work, they are the wrong size, and will not fit into this toy. What sense does this make? The battery that comes with it lasts about 15 minutes, it would be nice to have another one to throw in when the first one dies, but unfortunately, you can't do that, as there is no such thing. If you look for a replacement, and you find an orange battery with a cord, it is the wrong battery. The one that comes with the truck doesn't even have a cord. I am attaching a picture of the battery and charger that comes with it, p/n H181, I've looked for a replacement for 4 days, countless hours, and there is NONE.

            Fun! but as others said the battery does not last long. You CAN buy another battery for it on Toy R Us website - fast lane battery. Enjoy it much more now and can take to park with both batteries charged.
            Goes fast, easy to control, no problem going over "rough terrain". Do want to use this outside since is large and goes fast (initially tried it indoors but would meet the wall too quickly ;)

            Great fun truck but the battery only lasts about 15 minutes then needs to be re-charged. Tried to get a parts list and wanted to purchase a new battery. After talking to several people they told me I needed to talk to the manufacturer but no one could tell me who that was or give me a phone number or e-mail address. I was told a report would be filed and someone would contact me. I did receive a call the next day and was told it would be researched and I would be contacted by e-mail. After several e-mails I was finally told that Toys R Us is the manufacturer and not Fast Lane. I was told they do not supply a parts list and could not supply me with a additional battery. How can a company like Toy R US make a toy and then tell a customer they are out of luck in getting replacement parts. Extreemly disappointed in this company. They made a great toy that kids would love and then disappoint everyone with their service and their attitude in helping with this problem.
