The Classic Schwinn Kid's Frame with a low stand-over height allows smaller children to ride a 20 inch bike comfortably.     After Christmas and New Years, there was a still empty shelves at every store I went to. The pleasant staff at Moreno Valley Toys R Us ordered online for me and I had a bike in a few days. Very happy and so is my daughter and my mother for the commitment to service and customer relations.

      The bike is beautiful. My daughter loved it she is exactly 4 feet tall and she can ride the bike with the seat all the way down, (we took the rear reflector off to lower the seat as low as it could go). I paid for it online and picked up instore, the box looked brand new, not damaged in anyway and no parts were missing/damaged. Was her favorite christmas gift this year.

            I bought this bike online and the box looked like it went through a war zone. I took the bike out of the box, and a lot of packaging was already removed. Zip ties were already cut off. It was clearly a bike that was returned and re-packaged. As I was 75% through putting this bike together, I noticed the handlebar breaks were broken. I brought it back to Toys R Us and got a new one after standing in line for what seemed like an eternity. I wanted an assembled bike, but they couldn't do it for me.

            The box of the new bike looked ok, but after taking the bike out, the rear reflector was smashed, the nut that holds on the front wheel was damaged, and the nut to adjust the saddle was missing, making it impossible for me to put the bike together. I called Toys R Us to see if they can just give me the parts off of the floor model so I wouldn't have to bring the bike back a second time, but no one answered the phone. So, I am going to return this piece of garbage and go to my local small, mom & pop bike shop and get a real bike for my daughter.
