I am very happy with the bike. The directions were confusing when it came to the training wheels but I got it figured out after some trial and error. As mentioned in other comments, the shield on the front comes with the sticker on it and there are little bubbles all over it. I was too tired to let it bother me too much and my son never noticed it. I have never noticed it again either. Fun bike. Very easy for him to ride. I am happy because he is very happy! I would have given it 5 stars but the sticker on the shield (which I tied on with a black shoe lace because the tie broke when I was putting it on ... you wouldn't know it thought) and the directions are not perfect. Had I bought it assembled I would have given it 5 stars.

My 2 year old son loves the bike. The local store did not have it in stock so we had to order it just a week before Christmas. Said it would take 2 weeks to get here but was delivered to our home just 3 days later!!! So easy to put together great design to add extras. Will definitely order more things from Toys R Us. 100% satisfied with the service and the product! Thank you!

This was our 3 year old son's big gift from Santa this year, On X-Mas Eve my husband went to assemble it and the tires were flat. He took a trip to the gas station filled them both up with air and before he could get back in his truck the tires were flat again.Patches did not work, even fix-a-flat didn't help. Of course nothing was open on X-Mas Eve so I had to tell my 3 year old that he could not ride the bike that Santa gave him b/c the tire wasn't working right. He was so disappointed it made me cry. The bike is cute but to come brand new with an inner tire tube with a half inch gash is ridiculous. The front shield is also a complete piece of trash

My 3 year old son saw this bike on line and immediately said "that is the bike I want santa to bring me". So of course santa ordered it that week. Unfortunately none of our local Toys R Us stores carried the bike and this is when our Journey started. When the first bike arrived the shield for the front was a sticker placed on a thick plastic, unfortunately it was carelessly applied and had 100's of bubbles underneath the sticker. It would have been impossible to get them all out. It also states on the website that the seat is a quick release and it was not. I called customer service and he advised me to take it back to our local store, get a store credit and re-order the bike so it will arrive before Christmas. So I did. The second bike arrived. Once again problems with no quick release and now Huffy changed the shield to a flimsy plastic with a printed spider man symbol on the front. The plastic was so flimsy and packed wrong so when it arrived it had 2 holes pierced thru it and multiple white scratches all over it. So once again I called customer service and waited 30 minutes on hold to get a hold of someone. Corrie answered and understood my frustration and shipped another bike to my house immediately. The third bike arrived this time with no shield at all and still no quick release seat as stated on the website. Needless to say santa has no more time to wait for another bike. So my 3 year old will be disappointed that santa did not bring him the correct bike. I am very disappointed in Huffy.

This bike is super cute...my three year old had seen it online and wanted it to be his first real bike. I gave it three stars because I had to return our first order and I am crossing my fingers that our reorder does not have the same problems. The seat did not come with the adjustable alloy seat latch and the front spider man shield had at least 50 bubbles under it. It would have been impossible to push them all out and I should not have to with a brand new bike. The return was easy at my local store...now I just have to pray Santa doesn't have to give a three year old a defective gift :) because I have to wait for my reorder to arrive to make sure it doesn't have the same defects.
