The Lifetime Front Court 50 inch Portable Basketball System comes with a 50 in. shatter proof backboard with a Slam-It rim and a Speed Shift height adjustment feature for easy, one-hand adjustment. A portable basketball system allows you to fill the base with sand or water to provide needed stability. No concrete required! Water is easier to manage as far as filling, moving, and draining the base. System has been tested to withstand up to 40 mph winds when properly filled with water. Sand provides more rigidity, is more suitable if you want your system to withstand higher winds, aggressive play, and prevent leaking. Like all of our basketball systems, the Front Court basketball hoop (portable) is built with top-quality construction and design. The entire system is constructed of weather-resistant materials. The pole structure is made of powder-coated steel to resist rusting and the shatter proof Makrolon polycarbonate backboard graphics are UV-protected to resist discoloration and peeling. You'll appreciate the portable advantage of this top-quality basketball hoop!
