This was the second hockey table I bought. I got one locally which was defective. I returned it, then bought the next one on line and that was defective. I still have not received credit. It was a Christmas gift and child was very disappointed.

It Took forever to get here, arrived broken, with the packing slip inside the box. So whoever shipped it, saw it was broken and sent it anyway. Then the lady at the store gave me a hard time about returning it.

Purchased this at the store for a Christmas gift when the child opened the box the corner at the leg was broken. Returned it to store and there were none available so had to order it online. Waited another week and received the 2nd table it was shattered in the box. Returned both tables and went elsewhere to purchase a different one. The packaging obviously needs work to protect the product.

I ordered this product three times. First from the store, then online, then back to the store. Each time, when I opened it, the pieces were broken. This unit is NOT packed well by the manufacturer to allow it to be shipped ANYWHERE. Even the manager at the store upon my third order, said he had had similar issues many times.

Table took forever to put together with broken English instructions. Then after 3+ hours, the motor to push the air smoked and quit.
So, we returned it, and bought a more durable quality one used.

Product is poorly made electronic scoring does not work as it senses you takeing the puck as well as scoring. Assembly instructions are awful, unless you are used to assembling furniture tools etc Do not buy this. Once assembled actual table works wel.

The score board sensor never worked. Holes were drilled improperly under table for motor. Loose lines everywhere. No information was listed on how to obtain replacement parts.

My son received this table as a gift for his birthday. When my husband put it together the fan did not work which seems to be a common problem. Since the table was already put together I tryed to contact the company to have a replacement sent to avoid taking the table apart. However, there is no customer service number to be found on the product or the instruction booklet. I guess they don't want to hear about their faulty product. I had to search for the number on-line. I called customer service 4 times to be told they would check with the parts department and call back, which they never did. BTW there is no part # listed for the fan. I finally called and said I would never purchase another product from they're company again if they did not do something. They finally returned my call and said that a fan would be shipped in 7 to 10 days. The fan never showed. I called yet AGAIN to be told "let me check with the parts department". I could not believe it. I told them not to bother and let me speak to a manager. A manager wasn't available so I was told. I then told them after the customer service employee was smart with me that I would return they're junk to the store and never buy another product from their company.

Right to the point - spent an hour plus putting this game together only to find the motor didn't work when plugged in. What a let down for the kids. Don't buy this product!!
