This product arrived at my home with the fabric of its undercarriage damaged in various areas. Since the shipment box was sealed and in excellent condition, it was clear that the warehouse had simply failed to conduct a pre-shipment inspection of the product or willfully shipped me a "returned" or used product. Thankfully, a local Babies "R" Us provided me with a replacement without any hassle. As regards the functionality of the product, I have nothing negative to say at this time.

This is a beautiful stroller. It handled VERY nicely in the store. After assembling we put baby in and went for a walk (first walk, first use!)...and found out that it shakes! I am guessing its an issue with the front wheel. I had to lock the wheel so that it cant rotate while I was walking to REDUCE the 'tremor". BUT that was incovenient as I had to tip the stroller on the rear wheels to make turns. The umbrella is also insufficiently tilted and does not cover the baby's face from sun (may work well when she is older than 5mths. So I will revisit the manual and make adjustments and will adjust my rating after...

We live in the country and this is fantastic on the lumpy roads here. Rools SMOOOOOOTH, easy to handle and seems comfy for baby L. The only improvements I could ask for would be a fully adjustable sunshade (it would be great if it pulled forward) and if there were a bug net that fit it a bit better . We have the BRU travel system net and it's a few insches shy of covering it well. Good stroller though. If you want to have a status symbol, buy a BOB. If you want a comfy stroller that takes a beating...get this for way WAY less!!! It's supercute too :)

After researching jogging strollers online and reading other customer reviews, I went to my Babies "R" Us store and tried several of them. I found this one to be the least cumbersome and it is very light and easy to maneuver. My 2 year old has ridden it in several times and has no trouble getting comfortable. Also provides a smooth ride for her. This stroller has 2 cupholders on the front for your child and then 2 on the top for Mom & Dad. I liked that it had 2 and a nice big tray for the child. This is also the only one I could find that has an adjustable handle, which is great for me as I am only 5"2'. When I was testing the others out in the store, they do not have this option and they were very uncomfortable for me. Overall, very great stroller at a great price!

Bought it for my dear granddaughter who is having a boy baby on May 7, or thereabouts. She hasn't used it yet, but she was delighted to receive it, having examined it thoroughly in the store.

My wife and I bought this stroller at Toys R us for our 8 month old baby. We love the way the stroller rides over uneven pavement. The baby loves it. The stroller is light weight and fits easily into the trunk of our Volkswagen Jetta. I fixed the troublesome front wheel wobble by simply adding a home made thin rubber gasket between the bolt under the foot rest and the front wheel. The stroller turn as easily as before and no wobble.

I use this jogger around my neigborhood. My son loves being strolled around in it! It has a very smoothe ride and the cushion for the baby is soft and comfortable. I compared it to other brands and I have to say that this jogger is nicely made and not "cheap". The price is reasonable too! Two thumbs up!

I bought this stroller for my 2nd child after moving to the city. We had the Bob double stroller previously but my older child was too big and it's too wide for the city so we were looking for a single jog stroller. The Bob is still the best jog stroller in my opinion in terms of sturdiness and ability to carry weight and handle well, however we bought this one because it had features the Bob didn't. I liked the adjustable handle and one hand fold (although in reality you need 2 hands to fold) and the basket underneath is much easier to reach and fill with stuff (I grocery shop with it). My daughter is also tall and she didn't fit in the Bob because the cover was so low, she fits perfectly in this stroller and is very comfortable riding in it! It steers nicely and I love that it comes with a tray. My one BIG complaint is a huge one...it shakes really bad periodically!!! They even warn you about it in the instructions and tell you how to adjust to avoid it, but we have been unable to avoid it. We'll make adjustments and several days later it is back to shaking...really bad and makes it feel very unsteady. I haven't contacted them yet to see if there are any other solutions, but I'm guess this will be fixed (hopefully) with the next versions (I think this is the first jog stroller by babies r us). So, lots of features I love over other jog strollers and just one major problem.

This is my first jogger, and I love it! We tried out several different stollers in several different stores and for the price we are not let down. There is a significant height difference betweem my spouse and myself. The adjustable handle is a HUGE plus. Additionally, our little one enjoys it!

While shopping, we happen to take a look at "big boy" strollers as my son was turning one around Christmas. We took down this stroller on display to "really" test it out. I even placed him in to see how easy it would be to strap him in, test out the front wheel, if it were easy to collapse etc... The display one definitely was easier than the brand new one that arrived at our door step. Since we were also shopping for additional big items, we had them ship it to us. I was excited when it arrived as the weather that weekend was going to be perfect four our two-hour walk. However, it was missing the nuts & bolts to put together the wheels. I would also say it does takes more than just a push of a button to unfold completely with one hand. However, it MUCH easier than my less expensive 1st stroller. I love having both a drink tray for him as well as myself - many "more expensive" strollers don't have this option which was a plus for me. In addition, I love the oversized shade for hot sunny days in Texas, and the large basket underneath. I love the color, the lightness of the entire stroller, stability & style + it cleans easily. The back wheels may not fit in a smaller car trunk.

We Love it and can't beat the price. We use it for our long walks & strolls in the mall.
