My daughter loves this! She is a difficult baby and this is the only thing that gets her to take long naps. The only thing I don't like is that the vibrating shuts off automatically as a battery-saver feature. I wish it didn't stop until I wanted it to.

We have used this used product on our 2 month old daughter it turned out to be a huge disappointment because other then Vibrate and play music it really does not do much of anything else. I would recommend saving and spending the money on a swing instead. I had received this product as a shower gift and would hope it did other movements but was disappointed with what I got for the price. Also the music and vibration have a time limit even if set to on they stop playing after a certain time and you must re click on and off. Which is pretty annoying.

This bouncer is great! It is nice quality, cute, very functional, easy to adjust seating position, easy to move, and so comfy.

Love the look of the seat. The colors and fabric are really nice. After one week of use, the seat started to rattle really loudly when in vibrate-mode. It was too distracting to ignore, so we exchanged it for a new one. Two weeks later, the motor died on the second one. Disappointed and frustrated with this product.

My daughter was in the NICU for three months so we bought this for her to keep her occupied while in the hospital. It worked GREAT for that. They would put her in the chair inside of her crib and when she got bigger/older, they would put her in the doorway so she could see everyone coming and going in the hallway. Now that she's home, we use it to entertain her or to keep her occupied when we need our hands free.

My only complaint is that we could not get the overhead bar to connect on one side. We never exchanged it for another one because we didn't really use it anyway but I noticed the display in the store didn't snap together like it should either. I'm not sure if it's an overall defect or both of us just put it together wrong.

Great bouncer until less than two weeks in the vibration motor died...babiesrus can't take it back without the box so I have to return it via mail...wait ten days for them to recieve it and the return gf money to my card...they don't have manufacter number bc the only way to contact bright starts is via their customer forms online...ugh!!

Baby loved it! Great for nap time and upright good for playtime! Just wished it didn't break on us :(!!

This product has worked well for us so far, which has only been about a month! We like that we have a comfy supportive place to put baby when we need our arms free for a bit. She also has re-flux, and this works well at keeping her more upright after feedings.

I have another bouncer that kept breaking and my newborn would fall out so I wanted something sturdy and looks comfortable. My little girl hates being put down and since I bought this she has loved it and I have my freedom. It's got two positions up right (more upright than its competitors) and when she falls asleep I can lay it back so she's more comfortable. This bouncer has exceeded my expectations I just wish I had bought it before my first 2.

I bought this product for my friend's baby shower. It was on her list and it looked like it would be a great use to her, so that is what I bought her. I bought it online and it came w/in the wk. to me. Fast delivery. Hope she loves it.
