    Comments about Kid Designs Barbie Shop 'N Save Purse:

    I came into Longview Store trying to find a Barbie Shop n Save purse. Several people tried to help me, but then never came back to check and let me know if they had found it or not. I had been in the store for over an hour. Then at last, a young man came up and helped me (overly helped me, as I understand he was only CHRISTmas help). He did everything possible even when your asst. manager left me, and finally ordered the product online for me. I have never had such greater service as this and even the asst. manager left him to do the ordering online, which the young man said he had not done a transaction like this before, but He did conclude it. And I was a very happy person. Thanks for your wonderful service and please get that young man a notice. I can't remember his name right now, but I did go in person and talk to the Store Manager about his wonderful employee who pulled out all the stops to make this 69 year old lady happy.
