Granddaughters ages 7 and 10 commented that doll appears very life-like (not soft though). They do play with it, like the clothes that came with it, and put it in crib to 'sleep' (purchased Badger brand crib with mobile which is perfect size).

This will be the perfect doll for my two year old! It is very realistic looking! Yes as stated in another review the facial expression of the doll we received was different from the one shown. However it clearly states in the description that "styles vary". I like the face of the one we received even better than the one shown!

i bought this doll for my 7 yr old daughter who wanted a real looking doll!!! the doll looks nothing like the one pictured it doesnt even have the same facial expression and has no hat i am sending it bk
