        TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY "FREE" LUNCHBOX THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO COME WITH THE BACKPACK I ORDERED!!!! I PLACED THE ORDER ON AUG 1ST IN PLENTY OF TIME FOR MY GRAND DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY ON AUG 18TH. THAT DAY HAS COME AND GONE WITH NO LUNCHBOX!!!! I CALLED ON AUG 7TH, TALKED TO A REP AND WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT NEVER CAME. CALLED AGAIN 5 DAYS LATER AND THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY PHONE CALL. TALKED TO ANOTHER REP AND SUPERVISOR(FOR 45 MINUTES) WHO FINALLY STRAIGHTENED OUT THE SITUATION BUT COULD NOT OVERNITE MY PACKAGE. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT...SO THE BIRTHDAY PRESENT WAS NOT COMPLETE!!!SO TO SAY I AM UPSET AND DISSATISFYED WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! YOU, UNLIKE [@] WHO I RECENTLY HAD AN ISSUE WITH ANSWERED ME WITHIN A HALF HOUR AND SHIPPED MY PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY WITH A NOTE OF SINCERE APOLOGY. MAYBE TOYSRUS SHOULD TAKE A LESSON IN CUSTOMER CARING FROM THEM!!!
