Customer service was horrible in trying to return it.... they say hassel free returns, but NOT true. The ottoman was broken, and they originally said they would send us new one and then we could return the broken one. We never received it and had got rid of the boxes... now they are claiming they won't send us one till we send them the broken one. we even told them they can charge us for a new one and then we will return it with the broken piece... they claimed they couldn't do that. Also my husband was trying to handle the return and they made me call in after to verify my credit card, just to verify the card it took 1/2 an hour, i got passed twice to different people both had to put me on hold as well to talk to their supervisors. The big issue, my credit card was expiring the month I placed the order. I offered to give them a new card they said it had to be the same card and told them obviously its not expired or how could i place the order in the same month! ... OVERALLL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ... order the product from a different store.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I was not very happy with this glider. The seat is too short, the ottoman is not tall enough and the whole thing makes a lot of noise. I wouldn't buy it again.

Very easy to put together! Seems pretty sturdy so far, for something you put together yourself. Glides smoothly. It is a little smaller than I thought. But I guess these kind of chairs are meant to go in a nursery, so it makes sense. I was thinking of putting it in the living room, but it would look funny since it is pretty small. It is very comfy compared to similar style chairs. A little more upright than I would like, but still nice and squishy cushions. The bottom one ties to the frame, but the back one does not. Kind of odd. But hasn't caused any problems either. I like that it has pockets under the arms. Those will come in handy. For the price, it is one of the nicer options.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

First off, this is really easy to put together. I managed to do it easily by myself while nine months pregnant. It also has much thicker cushions that most rockers. The only down side is that I am very tall and I wish the back was a little taller, but overall this is a great glider. The fabric and the wood also look very nice compared to some of the other brands at the price point.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
