While I actually wasn't thrilled with the cheesy golden legendary look, I put this Skylander on the portal and it immediately became a favorite. Very fast, easy to beat heroic challenges with, and fun to play. I'd recommend getting this one even if you don't like the look just because it is already a very strong character, and those extra few points to stats on the legendary version are great to have.

My kids actually play with them more as figurines oppose to on-screen.

This was the character I was waiting to play in Skylanders Giants. Yes -- I know it's a refresh of our favorite character from Spyro's Adventure, but that's just the point. She was our favorite!

* The Legendary Stealth Elf Figure looks fantastic in gold and blue reposed spleandor.
* In the game she needs to be built up; but once you have a few upgrades Stealth Elf is one of the most destructive forces in the whole game.
* Wow Pow is right -- this character might as well come with a code for the end game credits. I don't have all of the challenges yet, but I've beaten every level on every difficulty and every arena battle at my disposal with this Dervish of Fun! Hint, those last few hats look GREAT

Works well and the updated stats in-game are wonderful. A great buy over the standard character.

My kids love skylanders and finally completed their collection of characters from Spyro's Adventure. Now Giants! Money money money. But it's fun even for me and they love it. I have been able to acquire all the legendary characters so far. The kids prefer the legendary characters because they have increased power and defense ( critical hit and armor I believe) in the game starting out as opposed to their regular version. They look legendary in the game too so it's not just a color variation. They don't come preloaded with extra gold coins like some limited edition characters do. Worth the addition to your collection. They count as regular characters in the game (FYI) as far as completing your collection goes so no need to buy legendary characters and their regular original version.
