We bought this as a Christmas gift for our son, who has Sliver (one of the smaller ones), and loves it. We thought this one would be just as great a toy, but we were sadly mistaken. The arms that flip up when the dinosaur transform regularly pop off, as does the part that transforms from his jaw to the nose of the jet. In addition, the parts that transform from the wings of the jet to the dinosaur's legs are very bulky and don't stay in place. Many times when we stand the dinosaur up, one of his legs rotates and the whole thing falls over. We thought perhaps we had been sold a bad model, so we exchanged our first one for a new one, and Toys 'R Us was very accommodating. Unfortunately, we found the same flaws with our second one. The smaller models of these toys are much easier to use and stay together far better.

My 7 yr. old nephew asked for this after seeing it in the 2012 Great Big ToysRUs Book. I am glad I got it for him. It is worth the price. He didn't put it down for hours after opening it! He loves that it can be a big ol' airplane or dinosaur! It is big too, the pictures on here do not do it justice. Very sturdy toy. Easy to transform! He didn't need my help at all. The sounds it makes are loud & clear. I like it alot and my nephew just loved it!

I purchased the entire set of the Vtech switch and go Dinos for my three active grands. From the time, I opened the boxes they were in ,my grands had learned how to switch them to play "Land of the Lost Dinos" & back into cars to play "Speedway"! These toys are so kid friendly,versatile, and they really talk so the kids love them more. Each toy has its own "personality just as kids do. The toys seem to be sturdy and surely occupy young minds in a very imaginative manner.

My son saw this on TV a month ago and has not stopped asking for it. Today I broke down and bought it. He loves it; he has not put it down. This Switch and go Dino comes with an attachment so the Dino can fly other smaller dinos around, very cute. However if you don't want to buy another it does come with a little dino the jet can fly around. He has a little bit of trouble switching between the Dino and the Jet but for the most part it is simple. If you have problems with anything the directions are very easy. I am so glad I got this for my son; I think Santa will be bringing the larger dino. LOVE IT!!

Also it has taken several trips down the stairs and off the counter and did not break. The arms may pop off but they pop right back in place.

THIS TOY IS SO AWESOME! My son won't put it down. The sound effects are fabulous, the animated screen is great, and we love how it switches from Dino to awesome figter jet.
