I am very disappointed in this product. If this was a $50.00 toy I would feel very differently.

It was purchased as a birthday gift for my daughter. The first one that arrived would not even charge. My mother called and ToyRUs shipped another one. It did not arrive in time for her birthday. She had it less than 1 month and the second one will not hold a charge more than 15 minutes of riding. We just think it must be a bad batch of batteries.

After about dealing with ToysRUs for over 2 weeks, we learned last night that they will not replace it.

The frustrating part is that we were given a delivery date AND emailed a return shipping label for a replacement. After it not being delivered we called and a "manager" told my mother that they "would not ship her another replacement" and that "there is was nothing they could do to make her happy."

They will give a refund IF we have the ORIGINAL box and packing materials. I guess that is our fault for not saving and storing those materials. Funny thing is the directions and instructions we received were not in English. All we got were the "foreign" instructions!

To be a HUGE ToysRUs shopper for the last 4 years, I am very disappointed, as this is the first time we have had to return anything and had this experience with them.

I am calling the manufacturer of the product today, Dynacraft, to see if there is anything they can do to help get a replacement battery or something.

This is super cute toy and my daughter loves it.....so disappointing.....

I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter for her birthday. The first one that arrived did not have all the parts and some of the parts were broken, and the battery would not charge. We had to ship back and have another one shipped (missed her birthday). The second car has a broken wire and will not hold a charge for more than 15 minutes. I have been trying to get a replacement for almost 2 weeks. Called again about it today, after being passed through 3 people I found out it has not shipped, was told by a customer service manager that they would "e-mail" the warehouse to see why it hasn't shipped and get back with me in 3 to 5 days. Since I was assured that they would send the new jeep "expedited shipping" I am not happy as I "still" don't know if we will get a replacement or not. I ask about getting my money back, but I have to have "the box" to return it. I did not keep the "box"! Good grief, I guess I am upset right now.

The product meets my expectations and I am happy with the completed product, however, because of the vague and incorrect instructions and the lack of knowledge and helpfulness from the Dynex company, I wouldn't recommend this product.
