I usually follow the reviews on here but decided to give a try on this. As with a lot of other reviews, I have unusable parts or broken ones. Would love to assemble it but can't. Off to exchange it for a new one.

I liked how easy the bed rail was to put together. A couple pieces of metal and then zip the mesh around. Straps are long enough to easily work on a queen size bed. Sliding the rail between the queen mattress and box spring was easy enough to do by myself and I'm only 5ft 2in. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed is too close to the ground for the flip down side to lay flat against the bed. But, I wouldn't have wanted the company to shorten the height of the rail just to make that possible. I have had the product for over a year, even switched it from one side of the bed to the other, and I think it is a great product. I like it so much I plan on buying another one for the other side of the bed, since the bed isn't positioned against a wall.

My mother in law and I picked this rail our for my son to use while spending the night at grandmas. got it home and it started off bad and ending worse. pulling the cover over the rails was a snug fit only for the zipper end to break, i thought no big deal i'll put a key ring on the end of it. so then getting it under the mattresses and the main piece that holds the arms breaks rendering the whole thing useless....returned it to toys r us. this was junk and i wouldnt waste your time or money.

Product assembled easily. Straps on both sides had to be twisted back into the correct position, but once that was done, the installation was easy. Took
about half an hour because the straps were twisted.

So excited to put the finishing touch on our granddaughter's new big girl bed but alas, this bed rail came with only that...the rail! No mesh cover as in the picture! Without the cover it is simply dangerous! Another trip to the store!
