    I rate it as high as I did because it has a lot of noises and you can turn it off or on. But my baby age 9 months could care less about it. He'd rather have something a little smaller that fits in his hand and isn't so awkward to carry around or so heavy. He's hit himself in the head with it so I wish it was lighter.
