This was the number one item on my 4 year old son's Christmas list. He did recieve it from Santa, but the excitment over the Gak Copier ended there! When we opened it, the yellow Gak that came with it was completely separated. We tried all of the tips on how to make the Gak the correct consistency, but nothing worked. Luckily, we had another container of Gak from before the holidays. However, even with Gak of the proper consistency, the Gak does not stretch and fit in the copier as described. After a few minutes, my 4 year old realized that it would just be easier to use the markers and draw on the Gak directly. That was the one and only time we played with this toy. We were both so disappointed. Please, save your money for another toy!

Product was not as advertised. The Gak goo would not smooth out. It was all crumbly, and would not copy any thing legible. I neaded the goo for 10 minutes. Still just crumble in my hand. So frustrating.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and what a let down! She opened it and the GAK (the must have part) was chunky and gross. Not at all like it is suppose to be. I felt so bad for her we exchanged it for another one thinking it couldnt be the same in all of them! SURE WAS! I even tried to email the maker and the email was retuned that it had failed, and I double checked the address!

My son got this for Christmas and when it came time to open up and play with it , it was a big disappointment. Once we opened up the bag of Gak it was not workable. It says to knead and work with it until is workable. I tried a good 10 minutes and the Gak was never stretchable and kept falling apart in my hands. Big waste of money!

This is the worst toy ever! My 6 yo son wanted this so badly for Christmas and finally bought this (and the GAK vacume) with his own money. Within 30 minutes, both were completely ruined and and he was so sad he spent all his Christmas money on these products! Saddest 6 year old ever! I wish I could give it 0 stars! Will be returning it immediately!

My daughter bought this with her Christmas money and the gak was dried up. We tried adding water to it, like recommended, and it must have been too dried up and it didn't work at all. Waste of money!

i have three girls and they all LOVE GAK. The copier was no exception - although it's a bit pricey for what it does. I wanted to write this review because like a lot of other first time GAK users I thought the product was horrible. All of the GAK containers we opened on Christmas morning all has the same scrambled egg consistency - the girls were crushed. After searching online I found that you MUST microwave the GAK for 30 secs and you'll have a product that looks and responds just as it looks on the commercials and packages. Word of caution - GAK will be very hot so let it cool. The product has been fine since, have read that you can remicrowave as needed. It's been two days from first microwave hit and still fine.

My son was so excited by the commercial for this and it was one of the few things on his Christmas list. We did one "copy" and he stretched it and played with the Gak slime for a bit. Later we looked through all the instructions to try to figure our how to clean the marker off the slime. No luck. Now, the slime is yellow and black. It's the day after Christmas and this is the only toy that was only played with one time. I think getting something that is dry erase would be more fun for drawing. Or, maybe some silly putty. This is really not very fun and pretty much a waste of money. I've never written a bad review before, but felt compelled to forewarn other parents!

My daughter wanted this so bad for Xmas, and I gave in and bought it. My instincts were right. This product was extremely messy, the gak was chunky and the copy never came out nice. Do not buy this!!!
