This product is a great value in terms of what it contains. I love that the focus of the item is not on a movie or trademarked character. The colors are phenomenal and there is a booklet which suggests ideas for projects, which helps get the kids started. My children range from 5-13 and all have enjoyed using this Color Explosion set in different ways. The container is not super sturdy, but does a nice job of keeping the pieces together. To use the transfer stickers you must remove the plastic backing after you rub it onto the paper (like a temporary tatoo). My 10 year-old did not get this at first and the directions do not specify this step. Overall a great toy!
