Bike was beautiful. Unfortunately it came extremely poorly packaged and both wheels were bent. Went thru torture returning this item to Toys R US only to spend almost an hour on the phone since it was an online item and the store could not figure out how to return it... bottom line.. if you want a bike.. pick it out in person - it appears no one cares about their products anymore - they just stuff them in a box with no packaging.
