Christmas gift, never worked. I figured out that both the connection to the battery and the tab that the battery is supposed to push in at the top of the battery in the remote control are not lined up correctly. I returned it and got another one, same problem. Bottom line, it doesn't work. Piece of junk. Don't waste your money and disappoint your kids.

When my daughter opened the box, the orbeez balls were not even in the box. We tried two sets of batteries and the lady bug NEVER did work. I would not recommend this product at all, horrible experience. Never been so disappointed in something before. Total waste of your money!

My daughter was so excited to get this for christmas but it never ran. it would make a noise and move one foot then stop and never move again. We changed the batteries and eventually took it back to the store to exchange for a new one. The second one did the same thing. We tried new batteries and even looked online for trouble shooting information. Nothing worked. From the reviews I've read recently it sounds as if most of them do not work. Waste of money. I am very disappointed there was no recall on these since so many do not work.

The batteries run out very quickly. We had it less than 2 weeks and had to change the batteries twice and my 5 year old barely played with it. Also, it doesn't pick up the Orbeez at all - it just mushes them in to the floor. Glad I bought it when it was on sale.

My girls wanted to buy this so bad with their gift cards so I had to cave in although skeptical from the beginning. Well always stick to your guns mom, I was definitely right on this one. I wouldnt waste your money. I can't believe the price either. One of ours is already not working. Its a big mess, water and little sticky balls everywhere. The antennas do not stay on and it even struggles to move on certain areas of the tile. Not to mention they are already bored with it. The only somewhat okay part of this is the remote control aspect which is always fun for kids but even this one you have to hold the forward/back down in order to make the ladybug turn. I am so disappointed.

After all the assembly was done, my daughter was so excited but we are having a problem with the remote control. Sometimes it works and sometimes not working at all. Even after replacing the battery trice. I called the customer service and told me that I can return it to a nearby stores for a store credit...That's good enough for me but my daughter was not happy.

This is our first experience with Orbeez, and definitely will be the last. With two girls, I have seen many different toys. I can honestly say this is the worst, most useless toy we have ever purchased. As previous reviewers have said, the remote does not work very well, the balls need to be put in water overnight in order for them to grow. Once grown, they become slimy, wet, and seem to break into pieces all over the floor (we even tried to dry them with paper towels). I do have to say that this company must have an amazing marketing team to still be selling this useless product

My granddaughter got the whole line of orbeez products for christmas. This one being her most wanted! We got everything set up and by the next day the orbeez were ready! Now with Orbeez all over the floor this bug would roll right over them (most we got picked up was two!) My grandchild was so upset! I got to spend christmas day on my hands and knees with a dustpan cleaning up all 150 orbeez on the floor!

The ladybug is super cute and makes cute little chirping noises. Thats where it ends. The gel beads need to be soaked overnight and shrink after 24 hours. They are a squishy gel like substance that you use for your potted plantsand are small. The ladybug doesnt pick the little gel beads up like the commercial at all, they roll over them and get squished. really dissapointed, but my daughter seems to like her remote control ladybug. If only the little beads were made out of something else
