          My son and I are avid lego builders. We were very excited when we received this set as a gift from my father. There were 9 pieces missing. I looked online and found several customer reviews describing the same problem. I was not too worried since I figured I could call the company and order replacement pieces. I called 4 times, I spoke to a receptionist who would put me through to other voicemails. I also wrote 3 e-mails and left my number and e-mail multiple times. I got no responses to any of my attempts. Finally, my father gave me the receipt and Toys R Us gave me a full refund in cash. Toys R Us took the hit for Nanoblock's lousy customer service. From now on, I will stick to Legos.

            I loved this one! I got it as a Christmas present. It was fun to put it together. I have a collection of nanoblocks and have to say that this was the best one yet! I'm getting the Empire State Building soon and can't wait to build it. I finish them quickly even though I'm 9 years old!

            THIS IS NOT A TOY FOR TODDLERS. CHOKING HAZZARD.

                The product was fine once I actually received the correct product. While I should have paid more attention to what I was handed already in the bag at the store, after waiting almost 30 minutes for it I just wanted to leave. Ordering online for instore pick up is supposed to save time right? Then once home and ready to wrap, I found I was given the wrong product and had to return to the store. This time, I went and pulled the correct product from the shelf myself which saved a LOT of time. VERY poor customer service!
