            My 5 year old was instantly disappointed at no opening doors or storage areas, no extendable ladder, no steering. Cab is hard to open, even for adults. After 1 minute he's done with this toy. Had better fire trucks for less money.

              My great nephew's step-dad is a firefighter. Anything that helps them bond is a good gift! He loves it. Playmobil turns out to be fun for older kids as well. I love that there are still toys that require some imagination and no electricity. and its something we an add on to with future gifts.

                    My 2 1/2 year old got a playmobile set for Christmas with a police boat, helicopter and motorcycle. He loved it!!!! I thought I'd get him this with the gift card he got because it made sound and its his second choice, they didn't have the police car at the store. Well, I couldn't even get the people in the cab very easily. The ladder comes off constantly!! The hose comes off too. If I would've read the review first, I wouldn't have gotten this. I thought these were supposed to be above average toys, made really nicely, like Legos. Guess I was wrong. Now I have to decide if I'm going to keep it or not because he does like playing with it, even if it does break constantly.

                    the ladder comes off all most non stop it goes right back on but he has not even played with for 4 hours and it has come off at least 12 times.
                    the guys are hard to put in the cab of the truck for him and me.
                    there is also no storage inside the truck or on it.
