It's a great idea and worked great the first time we set it up but each additional time it has been more and more twisted. We are on our 3rd time of setting it up and 2 sides are twisted to the point it collapses. The playhut video is useless at this point and that is the only customer support offered.

My son wants to send it back to Santa for a non-broken gift!!!

Absolutely love this play tent only flaw is the little strings that tie the fabric up where you can put the tunnel at the string that holds them up breaks of extremely easy

      This tent will not stand up. It keeps collapsing. I can't return it because we tossed the box at Christmas. I would not recommend it.
