This doll house was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She loved it and we couldn't wait to build it for her. The instructions are not very clear, they could have been a little better. The holes for the screws also did not match up so the little balcony in the front of the house is not properly placed (very annoying). It was very frustrating, but we did the best we could. I did not understand the bottom part of the house that should line up into the first floor slot, there are nuts in the way so it doesn't go in correctly. Well besides those problems, my daughter loves this house.

It is really adorable and has all the furnishings you could want. My daughter thinks it's the best gift that she has ever been given and is very grateful for it. It it thinner wood, but is made to play with, not in. Putting it together has been a nightmare. There are pieces that do not line up to screw in, so we had to drill the holes to fit. It was very frustrating for Dad and I. Was worth my child's happiness thus far. She's already using it without it being complete!

This dollhouse is very cute & functional, however, it has poor, to limited instructions. The designated holes for the parts, do not fit. We had to create makeshift holes to build this dollhouse. The product comes with one, front instructional sheet. Otherwise, my 3 year old loves it.

Santa brought this doll house to my granddaughters, ages 5 and 8. They absolutely love it!!!

For the price I expected much more. The wood parts are soft wood and screws strip easily. Materials are very thin, flexible and low quality. The first time a child puts any weight on a level, the whole thing is smashing to pieces. I don't expect this to last very long.

We just bought this for our 4 year old for christmas, we put it together today and it took about 90 minutes with the two of us. Not bad at all, directions arent great but if you look at the photo on the box it makes sense. I cant wait for her to see it christmas morning, its better than I thought, it has all the bells and whistles and the furniture is soo cute!! Seems very sturdy and durable. Worth the money!

I bought this for my daughter's birthday and she loves it! She and her sister can play with it for hours. The only problem that I had with it was the hole in the wall for the doorbell was not big enough for the doorbell to fit in and the holes for the screws holding in the pink balcony got stripped very easy. But they don't care about those issues. The townhouse is big enough for 2 kids to play easily without getting in each other's way. Overall I would buy this item again.

This is the best doll house ever! For a kid like me I'd give it five stars but it is expensive it fits great in our basement its very entertaining it's great for any doll size to play with but not the big dolls. I recommend people to buy it but don't sell it out!
