This product is horrible! We have been trying for days to transfer music on to my son's new player. We got to not their music manager downloaded on the computer, only to not be able to put the music files on there. Looks like we will be taking this back. This is the second mp3 player returned for this brand. By the way, Coby never answers their phone.

Terrible. Where do i start. First of all, you cannot scroll through any of your songs, so you must listen to the first of six songs and then forward to the next song manually on the touch screen. I also like mp3s that you can turn on and they pick up right where you left off the last time. This does not do that. I still cannot figure out how to set the presets on the radio! i am stuck scrolling through numerous radio stations to get to the ones i really want to listen to. There are so many things wrong with this that i cannot recommend it. The features are just impractical.

This is the worst touch screen technology I have ever whitnessed! The price is HORRIBLE for something so terrible! and only 4 G's for a big load of money!? I don't think so! DO NOT BUY
