Cute but not as described

This is a cute clock but it's not backlit even though is says so in the description. I returned the first one thinking maybe it was defective but the second one arrived the same way. Kind of a useless alarm clock if you can't see what time it is when the room is dark. The only way to see the time is to hit the snooze button and it stays on for about 15 seconds. Very disappointed in this clock as my son love Perry!!.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Got this for my son who is 5 for christmas and he loves it.....even I find myself playing around with it. The alarm noise is cute too. Nice and sturdy yet simple and fun alarm clock.
