Calling this a Battle Arena is very misleading. This is just a holder for your skylanders while you play. The Battle Arena has nothing to do with the game play and WAY overpriced to do nothing. It looks cool, but thats about it. Not worth $40!

Cute idea which gives the player room to set out their Skylander figures on this cool looking field. It is supposed to light up after you insert 4 AA batteries. However, we couldn't get ours to work at all. Didn't come with any instructions or trouble shooting ideas. It did look neat with the portal in the center when it was lit up during play. However, we ended up returning ours because our 10 yr old was disappointed that it didn't work like it was supposed too.

This arena fits around the portal of power circle and makes it even better with lights and places for the figures to stand before battle. This truly adds an element of excitement to the skylanders adventures. My grandchildren love it.
