easy to install easy to set up.over all it's a great product.came with a head set that you can plug into the wireless controller so you can interact with other online gamers. It also came with a free 1 month membership to xbox live and a free hard copy of a game,a free downlodeable game aswell. sofar-sogood right. well not so! i bought this online as the "bundle" was not availeable at my local toys r us store. "bundle" meaning that it came with the avove mentioned items AND a free additional remote controller, "while they lasted".so i did what anyone looking for a good deal would. i checked for any other deals that toys r us might have going on at the time. it turns out that they also had a buy 1 game at regular cost get a second 1 at half cost, so i jumped in on that too. well longer story short, when i checked availeability of all my items they where all availeable. so i placed my order but once i got my E-MAIL confirming my order the free remote was not added and to boot the second game at half off was also not added.if somewhere along my order prosess i was notified about items not being availeable i would've not placed the order. so i contacted their online customer service to no avail. i must've explained the problem to their online customer service 4 times. each time i would get E-MAIL stating.. customer still needs help! make this your top priority!. it seems that they just move you form cutomer rep, to customer rep, hoping that you just give up alltogether. purchase date dec-5th last contact with them dec-20th..still no further responce from toys r us..MISSLEADING-MISSLEADING ADVERTISING...

We got this for our son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! He said the graphics are excellent. We went from the Wii to the XBox because they are no longer making the most popular games, like Call of Duty, etc. for the Wii.

I separately purchased Call of Duty and it is a great game to start with XBOX Live. My son does not follow me around all night anymore complaining he is board. The XBox did not come with the correct cord to plug into a newer TV (HD). So if you have an HD you will need to go buy a new cord, even if the TV says it is compatable with the older cords.
I found this out as my son was standing there dying to play.
