    I have no complaints about the doll. My granddaughter loved it, but my complaint is about getting it opened so she could play with it. Untying it from the box was no problem, but when I tried to get the plastic strip off of the doll's hair, boy was that a job. Usually it is sewn with thread. This was sewn with plastic and I had a real problem cutting through it without cutting the dolls hair. It took me ten minutes to do it, Other than that the doll is fine.

      Adorable - both our 3 year old and our 1 year old love this. She's a bit big for our little one but perfect size for the three year old. She's sturdy and has plenty of hair to comb out. TRU had a much better price than amazon as well.

          this is a great toy, and it DOESN'T have that weird glossy glow to it in real person that it does in the picture. so no worries there. the hair is soft, and the doll is good quality. only thing that i would complain about is...the accessories are a little on the small side, especially the brush. other than that, a+.
