      This c panty is amazing!! I had a c section and couldn't wear it for the first couple weeks because my incision had to heal on the outside but after week 2 was through I started to wear it a little bit each day just to see how and if it would help. It has such great support for my tummy, especially riding in the car, it really holds my tummy in place and relieves the scar area of sharp pains that come and go. Plus it helps hold the shea butter lotion I'm using for my stretch marks around my belly button stay on longer and I've started to notice them lightning up! I really like this product and it has really helped with my tummy control! I'm in my 5th week postpartum and still wearing it at least a few hours every day! I wear a thin pair of panties under the c panty so I can wear it more frequently without washing it everyday, but I still get all the same results. Just make sure you order the correct size as the fabric is a type of tight elastic made to hold you in.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
