I decided to start running with my 2 1/2 year old son to finally combat the weight I gained in pregnancy. We aleady have a 4 wheel stroller, but I wanted a 3 wheel stroller to jog behind. It was super easy to assemble. Just had to buy a pump to inflate the tires as they do not come with the proper PSI. The only issues I have with the stroller are that the speaker quality is not very good (big deal) and that my son is tall for his age and he tends to dangle his legs rather than keep them on the triangle shaped foot rest. He doesn't seem to mind though and the ride is very smooth. It is much easier to navigate, seems lighter and is faster...perfect for running with. I haven't had it long enough to comment on the durability, but I would definitely recommend for the price!

I originally wanted a jogging stroller because of the ease of pushing it on different terrain. While I think that this stroller is very easy to push and maneuver, I do have some issues with it. First, it's very bulky when folded up. It takes up a large chunk of space in my SUV. Second, it has become increasingly difficult to fold. The two pull handles that you use to fold it up no longer work as easy as it did when I first purchased this stroller. Third, I cannot lock the front wheel in place (I believe it's recommended when jogging) - I don't know if I'm not strong enough or if the button just plain does not work. Fourth, there are two brakes - one for each back wheel. While this is not a deal breaker for me, I do believe it would be easier to use if it only had one brake to push. Not sure why they don't change that part of the design. Also, the wheels have gone flat a few times - I've had to blow them up at least 2-3 times in the past year or so.

However, it is very easy to use and my son loves it. I do like that I can plug my mp3 player in and play music through the speakers. The cupholders are great and I like that the sun shade is adjustable - however, I would like for it to be a bit bigger.

I love this stroller! the only complaint I have is that the seat does not stay in the up position without having to weave the pull string into itself, if that makes any sense... and the wiggling front wheel (for the mom that commented on that) you have to lock it when walking fast or jogging, otherwise yes, the wheel will wobble.

        Wouldn't buy this stroller!

Comments about Baby Trend Expedition EX Jogging Stroller - Edge:

I loved this stroller but when I used the first one I purchased the front wheel wobbled and so I called and they shipped me a replacement stroller and it did the same thing even worse. My son is 4 months and I really didn't like the fact that it shook the whole stroller when I was trying to walk.

Also i'm not sure if people saying they loved this stroller and had the same problem and just never commented back on it but I wouldn't buy it again.

I received this stroller as a Mother's Day gift from my husband this year. I take it from the sidewalk to the trail to the mall. I've owned this model before and back then it was much wider and harder to maneuver through stores. So the size has been improved upon greatly. I love the MP3 hookup, deep cupholders, easy steering, and the comfort my daughter can ride in. There isn't anything I don't like.

I really love this jogging stroller. I like that the front wheel is not fixed, it allows for much smoother turns when I am jogging. The speakers are a really nice feature as well, I like that I can still hear things around me while listening to my music. I also like that harness has padding on it to protect my son's neck from the belts rubbing against it. The cup holders are a welcome feature, my last stroller did not have any and it was a pain!

So far I haven't found anything that I just don't like about it!

My husband wanted a stroller that would be easier to maneuver at sports fields when the older kids had events. We thought it would be easier with the bigger wheels. We waited for a long time, as our youngest is now 21 months. We shouldn't have waited! This stroller has been amazing. Albeit bulky, it is a great stroller. I do however worry about the kids tray when it's folded. It seems to stick out.
