My daughter is 9 months old and like all babies she is messy. This chair is very hard to clean. I can't get it clean. It has so many grooveit and food gets stuck. I have used bleach and even took the hose to it. I still can't get the food out. It is going to goodwill or something. I am looking for a new one.

Overall this is a very nice highchair. The recline and height adjustable features are great. The material is easy to wipe clean and the removable trays are great. The cons are that the chair is HUGE, the dishwasher safe trays are too big to fit in the dishwasher and my baby seems to sweat a lot since the material is not breathable.

My son has always loved his highchair and this one has worked awseome since he was 5 months old. No regrets on this purchase.

My daughter's been using the chair for about 18 months now, and I hate, hate, hate that it takes forever to clean. Too many tiny spots and layers for food to find it's way. It had high ratings when we purchased it, but seems to have dropped in favor since.

Initially, we liked the high chair and had minimal complaints about cleaning although the tray would never fit in any standard dishwasher and the seams and plastic pieces made it difficult to keep clean. The tray table is somewhat difficult to slide on/off and impossible for grandparents to figure out. The biggest drawback is the extreme difficulty in adjusting the strap lengths and most recently both plastic latches on the shoulder straps snapped. We now have an extreme safety issue as our 2 year old can climb out of the high chair on her own and no one makes replacement straps.

My friend and I both have this high chair and it's become a joke how much we both get frustrated trying to clean it! I just took the whole thing apart and took it into the shower with me, that was the only way to clean out all the nooks and crannies. You will NOT have time to do this on a regular basis, believe me.

Also the tray is hard to slide on and off, and still leaves a gap between the tray and his body, creating a perfect place for more food to fall.

My husband and I both hate this highchair. The only reason we still use it is due to money. We dont want to buy another when trying to cut back on our spending. Tray is hard to get on. Entire seat and overall chair is extremely difficult to clean. Tray cover states it is dishwasher safe. You'd have to have a dishwasher the size most restraunts use to even try to fit it in one. Strap are very difficult to adjust. All in all is a terrible piece of equipment.

Well, to poeple who complains... Forst, read the direction about how to clean the chair what what kind of cleaning products NOT to use in order to avoid problems with color. Second, go and buy cheaper chair and see the difference.For [$] (after 20% off coupon discount) it's a great buy! The quality of this high chair is great! Worse every penny!

Removable tray, adjustable height/seat great. Plastic wipable seat great, except that it has tons of tight seams on the seat, and also on the plastic parts of the chair. Hard to keep clean. I would look for something easier next time.

This chair is definitely not worth the extra money. A few of my friends have it and love it so I thought I would go with their recommendations. First, there are too many small spaces and seams where food can get caught. I find myself taking a butter knife to the seams in the tray to get the food out. Second, I've been spraying the seat down with a multi-purpose cleaner after my son is done eating and the back of the seat cushion is now discolored and has to be thrown out. Go with something less expensive. They all do the same thing.
