This was one of my favorite games when I was a little girl. The concept of the game is great and it is great for family together time! However, I was a little disappointed that the game pieces were made of cardboard and therefore, bend and tear up easily.

This is a classic game! My 5 year old loves it and it is still something my 9 year old will agree to play with her. We find that either the game goes by really fast or really slow and the kids get bored. But it's still great for kids learning to count and go up and down, kids learning to follow directions. It is very easy to teach to a young kid and easy for them to learn and have fun!

Chutes and Ladders has been around for a long time and has long stood the test of time (I'm over a billion years old now). I had this when I was young and my kids and grandkids have played it. Not only does it help them count it helps make them better become better sports about things that happen and you can't control.
