The original operation game was better. it actually vibrated when you touched the tweezer to the metal. now it just makes a buzzing sound effect, and there are all sorts of other annoying noises this game makes now...toilet sounds, cell phone ringing etc. the original was by far better. also, the new operation contains no bones!! that was the fun part of the original! instead, it contains little pieces you pull out, like a cell phone, a toilet, a booger. so lame!!

some pieces need to be redisigned to allow easier pickup and removal out of operated perons body. I as an adult found it nearly impossible to retrieve at least 2 object out of operating subject. I will have to modify said pieces to make it easier for my little nieces. otherwize it is a fun game.
