Not as well made as I remember from my childhood. Pieces are cheap and easily fall out of the holes if bumped. It still does the job, but need to stick to 7+ age range for small motor skills needed!

It is nice to have the old games around to play with your kids. The pieces have gotten pretty cheap, as the pegs do not always fit well and the board itself (numbers and letters) is a little hard to read. But it is still a great game and a must have in every family.

Battleship was a Christmas gift for my 9 year old grandson. He enjoys playing it with everyone from his friends to his father. He had been playing Battleship online, but adapted well to the board game and really likes it.
