        The pizzas are very realistic looking. The sauce, cheese, and toppings look so real. Very educational. One pizza is cut in half, one in quarters, and the other in eighths. Each piece of pizza is marked on the bottom with the appropriate fraction. (1/2, 1/4, 1/8). My son loves pretending to cook, serve, and eat the pizza. Sturdy plastic pans, and utensils. The pizzas are made of sturdy plastic that are slightly pliable, which makes them more realistic too. Like another reviewer I wish the delivery box was made out of a sturdier cardboard, as I expect it won't hold up with much play. However, my son doesn't even seem interested in the box right now. The pizzas are the best part anyway.

            I bought this toy for my 2-yr old niece, and while she is too young yet to learn fractions, she thoroughly enjoyed playing with the set as toy pizza. When she gets old enough to understand fractions, I think this will help her learn, and still be fun to play with as play food. The pieces are hard, durable plastic. I wish the pizza box was plastic or something more durable as a storage device. It's just a thin cardboard box that won't last, but everything else seems okay. The set is really cute, and my niece immediately set about distributing pizza slices to the entire family using the little spatula and acting like she was eating pizza. The actual toy is a really cute idea that was executed well.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
