This product is great! I had an infantio carrier with my first baby. it was difficult to use and uncomfortable. just mot practical. The Baby Bjorn carrier is perfect and my baby loves it too!! Bought it to go to Disney and it was great for the trip. woks well when taking the baby to the store or just going on a stroll. it is simple to use.

Light weight, easy to put on and take off. I like that it does not leave us all sweaty like the cotton version of carriers.

We were so excited to get this product at a baby shower and couldn't wait to try it out with our little one. He's now 3 months old and we don't leave the house without it! It's perfect for Dad or Mom to carry little man anywhere. I love it for grocery shopping because it keeps my hands free, keeps my baby protected, and I don't have to lug the stroller or infant carseat carrier into the store. My husband even used it last night to take our little guy out while he watered plants in the yard! Super easy to use and comfortable--even as little guy keeps gaining weight!

I have this bjorn carrier in black, and I've been very happy with it. It is extremely light, which is why I chose it, since we travel a lot. However, if you're a mom and are planning on using this carrier, I'd recommend you get one with more back support. I knew that this one doesn't have full back support, but since I had in mind that my husband would be carrying the baby most of the time, I opted for this one because it's so light. My husband says it has not been a strain on his back, but he's a very strong person, with a lot of stamina and endurance. I personally have felt that it strains my back, the few times I've carried baby around. I'm still giving this carrier five stars though, because it is SO EASY to use. I could literally hold my child in my arms and still get the carrier on me and put together in minutes. Our baby has always liked being in it, never complains. So I definitely recommend this kind of carrier. There's controversy over whether a teeny tiny infant can be negatively affected, but honestly they outgrow that stage so fast (by the time their two months they're really strong), that it's still worth having such a practical carrier as this one. In the beginning my husband and I didn't want to buy a baby carrier for the baby, because we thought its unnecessary, and having a stroller is sufficient. However as our baby got older, she is 8 months now, and whom likes to be held more than placed in a stroller, we finally decided to get a carrier. It's definitely more convenient than taking out the stroller, especially if you want to do easy tasks like go to the grocery stores, etc. also must have if your baby can't just quietly stay in the stroller. It's just easier to carry your baby in the Bjorn carrier than holding her with your hands, so you can do other things your free hands. I personally like that its easy to put on, light weight, and the simple style and color. However,the only thing I was not so happy was it wasn't so comfortable after carrying my baby longer than 1/2 hour or so, I felt a bit achy around my shoulder areas, not sure bc this is the light wt version and there isn't much support as the other ones. I actually wanted to return n try the other ones, but ended up not too. But it's great to have when you're traveling.

This carrier meets all of my expectations! I use it during walks and while doing chores around the house. The breathable mesh helps on those warmer days. This is an extremely comfortable fit for me and my baby!

We just purchased this product. Although we have not had an opportunity to use it with our baby, I can comment on the assembly:

Initially I thought that the assembly would be complicated, but as I followed the instructions step-by-step, it was fairly straight forward.

Very lightweight and easy to use. My newborn baby fell asleep in it shortly after I placed her in the carrier the very first time. I love that this Air version is breathable mesh, as we have pretty hot, dry summers here in Denver.

Baby Bjorn carriers are the best - and this one is my favorite. I had the regular one in black for my first son and we used it all the time. My husband said he would never use a baby carrier, but he used this one often. Not thinking we would have another baby, I gave my first carrier to my sister to use for her son, so when our little surprise daughter was conceived, I had to purchase another carrier and even though there are a lot more choices, I went with the Baby Bjorn again and am not disappointed. I chose the mesh style this time since we live in Southern California and the weather gets pretty warm and even though it hasn't warmed up yet, it works perfectly - comfortable, stylish and does what you need it to do without all the bells and whistles.
