        My 5 year old son got this for Christmas. What a great idea to make your own car. He did need help making the toy, but he was involved in every part. I did the measuring and scooping, he did the mixing and pouring. He also did the painting and stickers. I placed the wheels for him. There are waiting times involved for drying, it was nice to see how excited he was each time we were able to get to the next step. He was also very excited about being able to make his own car. We made one car first, and the next day, the first thing he wanted to do was to make the second. I would definitely recommend this for younger children if you don't mind spending a few minutes with them. Older children would like this as well, but be more capable of measuring themselves. Overall a great item!

          This is the 5th set of Skullduggery items we have bought for our 5 Yr old and he loves this one the most.

              I read the other review and think that 6 Yrs old is more appropriate. This is such a wonderful idea for the right child. You make a GREAT looking car and then you get to play with it!!! Playvalue last much longer than his other toys thats for sure. Not sure if this was intended but we put on a Mattel track set!

                  I bought this for my 6 year old to make with his dad. My son could only do the painting part, the other part is too difficult. Go with the recommended age of 8 and up.
                  While the wheels do turn on these items, a fall off a table or out of a hand will probably smash it. Would be best for kids who like models as opposed to toys.
