I Purchased these item for a friend who has 2 todlers who were getting a kitchen for christmas.
I wanted to buy items for their kitchen, and I went on-line and seen these items and thought they would love them, and they did.

I bought this set for my 3 yr old son and 1-1/2 yr old daughter for christmas. It is still in mint shape. I love the little pot holder, and the fact that the utensils are wood and not plastic. (more durable) I have to say that my kids are not rough in their playing. But if they were, this probably would have cracked already. If your kids play with it as if they imitating real life, this will last you. One thing I liked about this set, versus the metal one (which would be more durable) is that each pot and pan is bigger, and you could fit the pretend food in it. The metal ones are tiny.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
