My daughter is not yet 2 years old and Spunky is her best friend. I have purchased 3 dogs a during the day, night time, and just in case dog. I washed Spunky 3 times without putting her in the dryer and she no longer barks. Spunky has made our parenting easier on several occasions.

My daughter is not yet 2 years old but her Spunky dog is her best friend. I have now purchased 3 dogs a travel and all day, night time and emergency just incase dog. After washing her dog 3 times even letting her air dry she no longer barks which doesn't matter to my daughter. I don't know what we would do without spunky, she has made parenting for us easier on several occasions.

My twin girls need their puppies, and will scream "PUPPY!!!!" until they have one in their hands - to play, to eat, to sleep, everywhere. It was essential to have backups. We now have 8 of these adorable puppies in our house. (Some of which are hidden in case one or two get lost.)They wash well, but loose the barking sound. Frankly, I don't care about that, as long as there is a clean puppy to hold and love.

My older daughter has this dog but in the bigger size and we love it. When I called to order this smaller dog in the same color for my baby girl they said that it didn't have the barking noise. When it came in the mail it had the barking noise. So, that is frustrating. They do not have this in the description of the dog. The dog is very soft, cuddly and cute, but I do not like the barking noise because you can't put it in the washing machine.

My 5 month old daughter loves this dog. Her face lights up when she sees it and she loves when we make it bark. She loves to snuggle with it for her naps. I need to clean it and it says it's only surface washable. Even still, I would definitely buy another one!

This Dog is only about 7" long. for the price its not worth it.

We received the tan gund spunky puppy as a baby shower gift for my now 3 year old daughter. He is still her very favorite, he doesn't go everywhere with us like he used to, but she still sleeps with her puppy every night. Ours was one that barked, which I didn't love, but she didn't really activate his bark very much. He no longer barks (its been over 3 years) That little puppy has been a lot of places & has been very loved! :)
We are buying the pink one for our new baby girl, I know she will love it just as much as our first daughter loves her puppy. It is the perfect size, and so soft & cuddly!
